Q:What is the advance of using a CISS?
A:The CISS (Continuous Ink Supply System) can provide significant cost saving to the high volume ink user. No more down-time changing cartridge, which has hosting to external ink bottles.

Q: How does our CISS work?
A: Simply insert the ciss inner cartridge to the original cartridge position, make tubing fixed on printer with a tested suitable length. Put outside tank at the side of printer, stand on the same height as the printer. then the printer work as before, the difference is that the ink flow from outside tank to inner cartridge continuously.

Q:What is the auto reset chip?
A:the original epson and hp printer cartridge has a ink counter chip, which limit the life of a cartridge with warning of " out of ink, need change to a new cartridge", and it stop printing! We install auto reset chip on our ciss cartridge, it show the printer just as a normal cartridge would with the exception that when they get down to about 15% they will automatically reset to full and continue to function as a full cartridge. There is no need for removal or manual resetting.,so it make the ciss system has eternal of life without program limitation.

Q: What does a unit of our CISS include?
A: A whole unit of our CISS includes CISS style inner cartridges installed with auto reset chips, Outside ink tank(Reservoir) and its seal plugs、air filters, Tubing, Tube Support Arms, etc. all pack in a white box, neutral.

Q: Which model of printer can work with our CISS?
A: we offer CISS for most of epson desktop printer, some of canon and HP printer. Please check the catalogue menu or write to us to get the model list with price.

Q: When should I refill the outside tank (reservoir bottle),and how to refill?
A: you may refill ink freely when the ink level is lower. the deadline is before the ink is 1 inch height in the tank. open the top big hole of tank(that calls ink hole), just pour.after finish, seal the ink hole with our plug. check and make sure the tank air hole is plugged with air filter.

Q: May I change ink?
A: be sure donot mix different ink in one ciss system, even they are different brand same style. Before you change to another ink, please remove the whole system, clear the printer head with the clear liquid. then clear the CISS and wait it dry. after that, pour new ink. in fact, it is better to use a new ciss with new ink, A new Ciss is not costly, but clearing a ciss is a job.

Q: I want a unit for my printer, how can I get it?
A: just write to us and tell us your printer model and cartridge model, how long you can wait for it, where are you, then we calcualte the cost for you and tell you ship by which way is most reasonable to you.

Q: I want to be a distributor for this product, what is the process?
A: write to us please, and tell us where are you, what kind of your selling business ( sell by website, sell by chain store, and wholesale to other people, etc.), and your estimate order qty and plan. We will reply you in time with distubitor price and related infomation.

A: normally we receive payment by T/T through bank.

A: our CISS Guarantee is half a year. in half a year, if you CISS have problem and canot work, please describe it, we will see where is the problem and send you replacement part or whole unit.
